✤ When will I receive my order?

✤ Can I return my order?
You have the right to change your mind about your purchase within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be returned in their original packaging and return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
I will process the refund after receiving and verifying your package.
✤ My order was damaged during delivery, what should I do?
I invite you to check the condition of the package upon receipt and to report any damage found on the package to the delivery person.
In case of damaged product, a claim with photographs must be sent here within 48 hours.
After verification, a refund or exchange will be offered to you where possible.
✤ My order still hasn't arrived, what should I do?
The delivery dates mentioned at the time of your purchase are approximate. Your order may arrive a little late.
First, please check the delivery status of your order using the tracking number that was sent to you by email when you made your purchase.
If your order is more than 1 week late, please let me know here so that I can take the necessary action with the relevant department and find a solution.
