～ When are the mailings sent?
- Mail club registrations close on August 10th at 23:59 and then I'll send all mailings on the 15th (to allow time to prepare all orders).
～ When will I receive my mailing?
- France: 3-5 working days
- EU: 4-7 working days
- International: 1-4 weeks
★ PLEASE NOTE ★ Crousty Club mailings are sent without tracking numbers to keep the price affordable. Therefore, please make sure to double-check your details when you register. In case of an error, please send me an email so I can update your address + fees will be charged for re-sending your mailing.
