All orders are prepared and shipped within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. This period may be slightly extended during peak seasons (holidays, sales, etc.).

METROPOLITAN FRANCE, OVERSEAS DEPARTMENTS AND TERRITORIES, ANDORRA, MONACO

  • La Poste — estimated delivery time: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch
  • Colissimo — estimated delivery time: 2 to 3 business days after dispatch

EUROPE

  • La Poste — estimated delivery time: 4 to 7 business days after dispatch
  • Colissimo International — estimated delivery time: 5 to 10 business days after dispatch

INTERNATIONAL (excluding Europe)

  • La Poste — estimated delivery time: 1 to 4 weeks after dispatch
  • Colissimo International — estimated delivery time: 10 to 20 business days after dispatch
  • Customs fees may apply depending on the country of destination. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your parcel is shipped, with the exception of Mail Club shipments, which are sent without tracking.
